Rep. Higgins Wins Approval of Amendment to Block Northern Border Toll Study

The Niagara USA Chamber of Commerce commends Congressman Brian Higgins for his actions on the proposed cross-border fee for traffic between the US and Canada.  The Chamber was against this proposal from the beginning and applauds Congressman Higgins for getting an amendment to this bill that essentially blocks the study of a border crossing fee.
