The Western New York Chamber Alliance is holding its annual State Legislative Forum on Friday, February 10th at The Creekside, 2669 Union Road at William in Cheektowaga. Businesses will have the opportunity to give their feedback on the direction of state government to 18 invited state senators and assembly members representing Western New York.
The panel discussion will be moderated by David Robinson, Buffalo News Business Reporter. The event’s Presenting Sponsors are EnergyMark and the Amherst Chamber of Commerce with technical support from Sound Video Solutions.
Chamber members, business & education leaders, local elected officials, and community &service club leaders are invited to participate. The cost for the event is $15 per person and starts with a continental breakfast at 7:30am. The program will start promptly at 8:00am and will conclude at 9:30am. The key issues to be discussed include Health Care Reform, Medicare Reform, Mandate and Property tax relief, the New York State Budget and other issues related to growing businesses and creating jobs. After a question and answer session there will be an opportunity for questions from the audience.
