Executive Committee

The Executive Committee guides the strategic direction of the Chamber, ensuring our mission and priorities reflect the needs of Niagara County’s business community. Composed of members of the Board of Directors, this committee acts on behalf of the full board between meetings and keeps our organization focused, accountable, and moving forward.

Finance Committee

Comprised of members of the Board of Directors and chaired by the Board Treasurer, this committee safeguards the Chamber’s financial health. Members review budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify responsible investment opportunities to strengthen the Chamber’s long-term sustainability.

Advocacy Committee

The Advocacy Committee is the Chamber’s voice on public policy. It reviews, discusses, and makes recommendations to the Board on issues affecting business at the local, regional, state, and federal levels. Governance Committee

The Governance Committee ensures the Chamber’s leadership structure remains transparent, effective, and aligned with our mission. It reviews bylaws, oversees board development and nominations, and maintains high standards of accountability and ethical governance.

From our Small Business Expo to the Annual Awards Gala and Chamber Golf Classic, our events committees bring the Chamber to life. These teams help plan, promote, and enhance our signature events – creating meaningful experiences that connect members, celebrate success, and build community pride.-
