Community Benefits Direct
Our Chamber has partnered with Manning & Napier Benefits to provide the Community Benefits Direct program. As a member, you have access to a greater variety of group insurance and other benefit plans from the premier providers in our area.
Employers and their employees working at least 20 hours per week are eligible for competitively priced benefits through BlueCross BlueShield of WNY (Community Blue), Univera Healthcare and Independent Health.
Group Benefits Management is no longer just “pick a plan.”

All members have been assigned a unique username and password. Please contact Maria Cardamone at (716) 285-9142 to access your username and password. Once this step has been completed, click here for more information on the 2011 Health Insurance Program and follow the instructions to log in.
